Maui is very attached to his family and does not tend to wander off. That said, he is a very friendly dog who enjoys visiting with children, neighbors, passersby, people exercising, mail delivery folks, landscapers, trash & recycling folks, maintenance folks, etc. He has a very keen sense of smell that can sometimes distract him from more important things! He is also intact, so he may be especially lured away from home by the scent or presence of another dog (particularly if in heat). If Maui is lost, he most likely followed his nose away from home or exited his area excited to make a new friend. Thank you so much for taking the time to help Maui return home to his family!
