Zella was rescued from Raton NM. Zella was stray in subzero temps and suffered from frost bite. After treatment her hair has grown back in and she has gained some much needed weight. She is still thin but it is difficult to put weight on after being that far down from starvation. She has gained 18 lbs so far. Zella is about 5 years old and is full of energy. She loves to lounge around in the house with people and play all day with doggie friends. She is great on her leash and goes for long walks everyday.
