Tia is a female, spayed, white/brown Jack Russell who is deaf. She is mostly white with a brown spot on her right eye. Tia is extremely friendly, high energy, and loves to lick. Tia is also a runner who is hard to contain-she can jump extremely high and find her way out of most cages or kennels. Tia has two sisters: a black and rust, female Miniature Pinscher named TaiKode and a black and rust, female Manchester Terrier named Ria.
