Nemesis is an indoor cat who will come to you if you kneel down, put your hand out, and make kissy-type noises by clicking your tongue. She can be pretty easily startled, so any loud and/or sudden noises could make her run away. She can be held long enough for you to be able to put her in a crate or a box so you can get her back to me (her owner).
