Although he barks a lot and loudly, he's a very sweet and sensitive little guy. He's very territorial, loyal and protective of his family...so if he initially runs up to you, in what may seem as an aggressive manner, he's really just curious and wants to get to know you better. He does not bite, and can sometimes be coaxed with treats (if not overly excited or distracted).
***SIDE NOTE***
Kasper does not understand, and is often confused by small children (because he's never grown up around them), which may cause him to bark loudly and incessantly if they try to engage with him (he still would never bite them or growl/bare his teeth).
