Jasper is epileptic with mental disabilities. He is totally sweet, but has ZERO recall. He was a badly abused rescue from Juarez Mexico. He is absolutely NOT aggressive. He is super sweet. He is on 300mg Gabapentin & 1¼ 64.8mg Phenobarbital twice a day. His seizures are VERY severe. If he has one before we can get to him, support his head so he can't smack it hard on the floor (preferably from behind him) , do not put your hands in/toward his mouth. When he comes out of his seizures DO NOT REACH FOR HIS HEAD!!!! He is in fight or flight mode, he doesn't know you & doesn't feel safe, give him a few minutes to acclimate. He's scared and confused. Once he fully comes back, he will ask for attention (and whine A LOT). We live at 1977 Cobblestone Rd.
