Cooper loves people. He's only 10 months old so he gets very excited and a little jumpy. He loves other dogs as well and will want to immediately play. He is not neutered as of yet so he can get a little aggressive around large male dogs or vice versa. He can be a little skittish but with a treat he will become your new best friend.
