Issue #11 - Rebel Yell

Ah the sweet, sweet taste of freedom. Ira G and Kathleen move into a new apartment--one that allows pets. No more secrets! No more hiding! Ira G is free to express himself, and, boy, does he ever. With a rebel yell, Ira G finds his voice. Did you hear that?...Ira G is free!

Issue #10 - No Bark

Ira G was once a stowaway in his own home. Can you imagine? He wasn't supposed to be there, at least, according to the landlords. A naturally quiet boy, Ira G went mostly undetected, but when he barked: Look out! He'd wake the neighborhood. Fortunately, he got to go to work with Kathleen, so the secret was safe. At least, for a while. But somehow, the landlords caught on. Oh, poop! Where will they go? What is a girl and her dog to do?

Issue #9 - My 2 Moms

Love makes the world go 'round, they say, and love can be quite the merry-go-round. It doesn't always last, but there's usually a good lesson in there. In the end, if you look closely, you'll be grateful for the people that have come into your life, and have shone a little bit of their light on you. Here's to our differences, and to the paths we all walk on the journey to love.

Issue #8 - Say My Name

At long last! Ira G is at home and ready to sink his teeth into the rest of his life...and some of his person Kathleen's favorite possessions. (NO, not the cowboy boots!!!) Ahh, puppies. You can't hold it against them, but dang, you turn your back for ONE second. Ira, of course, is unmoved. How punk rock of him.

Issue #7 - Saved By Chicken

When we last left Ira G, he was in bad shape at the vet's and the future looked uncertain. Weak and unsteady, his person, Kathleen, brings him some chicken to try and get him to eat. She may not eat chicken herself (read: vegetarian), but she'll pull out all the stops for her boy, Ira G. And eat it, he does! Like that, the clouds part, the sky opens up, and the sun, it is a-shining. All thanks to the chicken. Isn't life delicious? Ira G sure thinks so.
