Charlotte is a friendly, much-loved dog. We will absolutely reward anyone who returns her to us. Charlotte is very sweet to humans. She sometimes has a hard time adjusting to other dogs and barks out of fear. She is entirely vaccinated, heart worm treated, and treated for fleas and ticks. She's a very healthy dog. She's been trained to respond to basic commands and is highly treat motivated.
