Have you found Pepper?
Pepper is a private rescue at age 7 with a bad history, has severe allergies and suffers with anxiety issues. Pepper is a 20# cream-colored neutered male Lhasa Apso and is 10 years old (2014). Please call if you find him, he needs his medications and special diet. When he's scared or upset, he may try to bite; otherwise, he's very sweet. He does not trust men, but loves children. He's a happy boy in his own surroundings, but can get very anxious out of his element.
