Philip DeAngelo has been an artist in the River Arts District of Asheville, NC for 15 years. He and his wife, Tina, have had 12 Border Collies over the last 30+ years. Tina's hobby is sheep herding with their dogs. Phil's paintings reflect the pastoral, simplified type of lifestyle they strive to live in the mountains of WNC.
